Agitation groups positively assess referendum in Azerbaijan

He said in this connection the agitation group makes a special statement.

According to prelipotentiary representative of the agitation group Elmeddin Behbud, in line with the observation, voters were highly active in in Terter, Aghdash, Shirvan, Yevlakh, Sumgayit, Absheron, Baku and other regions.

"The referendum was transparent and open. Voters came and voiced their position on issues, put for referendum. The people supported changes, necessary to be introduced to the Constitution", announced he.

Notably, the agitation campaign involved nine agitation groups, registered by the Central election commission of Azerbaijan, including Yeni Azerbaijan, Sheher, Tereggi, Law and Democracy, Civil society, For stable development, Zeka, For Karabakh and Republic and Republicans.
