Deputy chairman of Russian Federation Council: "Serious positive changes occurred in Azerbaijan"

Serious positive changes have occurred in Azerbaijan through the past years, said deputy chairman of the Russian Federation Council, head of the CIS interparliamentary assembly Svetlana Orlova.

"The referendum in Azerbaijan was open. This is an absolute objective assessment. The referendum is an important choice and the people made their choice in favor of the working powers", said she.
