President of Azerbaijan receives first vice speaker of Kyrgyz Parliament

Cholpon Baekova said her current visit aims to exchange views on developing inter-parliamentary ties, attend a ceremony of presentation of the book dedicated to prominent Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aytmatov as well as discuss issues related to holding events to mark the writer `s jubilee in Azerbaijan.

President Ilham Aliyev stressed the importance of organizing a series of events in Azerbaijan devoted to prominent Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aytmatov.
