Tereggi party has decided about form of participation in a referendum due to amendments to Azerbaijani Constitution

Tereggi party has provided free choice to the party activists as to the participation in the referendum due to introduction of amendments to the Azerbaijani Constitution, said party chairman Chingiz Demiroghlu.

He said the party will also observe the process of the referendum.

"Our party has chosen a political course according to which it will support the political course of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev within five years.

We will hold an agitation campaign on the spots and in the regions and take part in all events to be organized by the Yeni Azerbaijan ruling party. I hope most activists will support the initiative of amendments to the Constitution", noted he.

Notably, the Tereggi party, earlier being oppositional, decided to support candidate from the ruling party Ilham Aliyev at the recent presidential elections.
