Armenian FM: "Talks on the settlement of the Karabakh problem by Turkey's help are not held"

"Talks on the settlement of the Karabakh problem by Turkey's help are not held", said chief of department on contacts with media of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Tigran Balayan commenting on the publication in Hurriyet newspaper regarding agreements about the mediation mission of Turkey in Nagorno Karabakh issue.

"As Armenian FM Edward Nalbandyan said repeatedly, the talks about resolution of the Karabakh problem are held under mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs on the basis of Madrid proposals", said Balayan.
