French embassy in Azerbaijan assess introduction of amendments to the Constitution as internal affair of the country

He said the citizens of Azerbaijan have already been provided with proposals on amendments to the Constitution.

"We wish the population have complete information and equal conditions are provided for both supporters and opponents of amendments to the Constitution. We want the conduction of real debates for the results to be real".

Notably, the referendum on amendments to the Azerbaijani constitution is planned to be held on March 18.
