President of Azerbaijan to visit France

The expected visit of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to France will promote deepening of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and France, said French ambassador to Azerbaijan Gabriel Keller at the meeting with speaker of Azerbaijani parliament Oqtay Asadov, according to the press service for Milli Medjlis.

By the information, at the meeting with the ambassador Asadov touched upon the high level of bilateral relations and noted that the parliamentary ties are also satisfactory, proven by the mutual visit of the interparliamentary groups of friendship. The speaker voiced hope that France, as one of the Minsk Group co-chairs, will further work to solve the Karabakh conflict.

In turn, Keller reminded that his country supports the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
