Elmar Mamedyarov: "Currently we are working at the elaborated proposals of the Minsk Group co-chairs, made in Helsinki"

He noted that the Azerbaijani side is currently working at these proposals.

"We will give a response to the co-chairs probably after the Swiss meetings of the Foreign Ministers and the presidents of the two countries", said he.

At the same time, the Minister noted that the basic principles on the conflict resolution were formed during the Madrid meeting and the sides came to an agreement to continue talks on the basis of these principles.

As for mutual compromises, Mamedyarov said Azerbaijani side can make all compromises only in the framework of restoration of its territorial integrity and return of internally displaced persons to their homes.
