National-Democratic Party of Azerbaijan registered in Justice Ministry

The collegium of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan has considered an issue of registration of the National-Democratic Party of Azerbaijan, according to representative of the political council of the party Oqtay Khalilov.

He said the Ministry of Justice has given a positive response about the party registration.

"The party will officially declare about registration at its meeting on December 26. It is important for the party, as we have been trying to get the state registration from the Justice Ministry for more than nine years", noted he.

Earlier the party was headed by former interior minister of Azerbaijan Iskender Hemidov. In April Hemidov resigned from the post of a chairman and in August of 2008 Tufan Kerimli was elected the chairman of the party.
