Abu Bakr mosque not to open

A court hearing on the claim of the religious community of the Narimanov district on the opening of the Abu Bakr Mosque was held today in the Narimanov district court, reports Day.Az with reference to sources from the court.

Thus, judge Turgay Huseynov dismissed the claim of the religious community. The religious people are going to appeal to the Baku Appellate Court.

It should be reminded that the religious community of the Narimanov district appealed to the court against the district police department. The claim stated the need to open the Abu Bakr mosque.
