The Democratic Party of Azerbaijan held a session on Monday, reports Day.Az with reference to the press service for the party.

As is reported, the participants discussed the situation in the country and the world.
Due to the rapid drop in oil prices on the world market the Democratic Party of Azerbaijan urges the government to reduce prices on energy sources.
The Democratic Party of Azerbaijan voiced concern about mass disorder in Greece. The party considers that left wing forces, which try to establish relations with different organizations also intensified in Azerbaijan.
The session also condemned beating of Yeni Musavat newspaper correspondent Zamin Hajili by the head of the Organization for Karabakh Liberation Akif Naghi. The party considers that such an attitude towards the journalist causes regret and creates an unpleasant image.
