Etibar Mamedov: "Establishment of relations between Turkey and Armenia does not promote the resolution of the Karabakh conflict"

He said the recent events in Georgia, railway blockage with Russia led to Armenia's isolation.

"I think in such a situation it is inexpedient to propose an initiative regarding strengthening of any ties with this country. Moreover, I do not think that strengthening of relations between the two countries will promote the resolution of the Karabakh conflict.

In the established situation the Azerbaijani government must undertake due steps to influence the situation", noted Mamedov.
