OSCE chairman: "I hope "a regional declaration" on Nagorno Karabakh will be adopted at the meeting in Helsinki"

"The situation around Nagorno Karabakh seems good enough", said Stubb to Reuters news agency.

"I consider that from the frozen conflict we move towards the constant resolution. Certainly, we have not reached it yet and it is important that the Minsk Group is working at it", said Stubb.

The OSCE chairman announced that the problem of the Karabakh will be discussed at the session of the council of foreign ministers of the member-states of the organization, planned to be held in Helsinki on December 4-5.

He also voiced hope that a regional declaration on Nagorno Karabakh to fix the progress, reached by the sides, will be adopted at this meeting.
