Armenia refuses participation in CE Conference of Culture Ministers in Baku December 2-3

"Armenia has not confirmed its participation in the conference. The given event is not part of the CE program. So, a decision has been made to refuse from participation", the Armenian Culture Ministry press - service told ArmInfo.

The conference under slogan 'Inter-culture dialogue - basis of sustainable development and peace in Europe and neighbor regions' will involve culture ministers of 16 states as well as representatives of the Council of Europe, UNESCO, ALECSO, ISESCO and other international organizations.
