Youth organization of Yeni Azerbaijan party meets with Milli Medjlis deputies

According to Novosti-Azerbaijan, the first vice speaker of the Azerbaijani parliament Ziyafet Askerov informed the youth about the activity of the parliament.

He said the Azerbaijani parliament is engaged not only in law making. It also plays a great role in the external policy of the country.

"The Azerbaijani parliament is closely cooperation with international organizations and actively participants in their events. Moreover, the Azerbaijani parliament has about 70 interparliamentary groups of friendship with different countries", noted Askerov.

According to the first vice speaker, the main issues discussed by the Milli Medjlis deputies during participation in the events of international organizations and at the meetings with interparliamentary groups of friendship is a creation of normal bilateral relations between the countries.

"At the same time, we are raising problems of Azerbaijan, related to the Karabakh conflict, and at these meetings we inform the world community of the truth about Azerbaijan", noted the Milli Medjlis deputy.

The first vice speaker added that the Azerbaijani parliament plays an important role in formation of the civil society, observation of human rights and liberties.

Deputy of Azerbaijani parliament Akram Abdullayev highly appreciated the role of the Yeni Azerbaijan Party's youth in the sociopolitical life of the party.
