Sardar Calaloghlu: "The parties can be financed only by the principle of results of elections in the parliament"

He noted that in this case the only issue is - how much the results of talks reflect the real results.

"At the last elections to the parliament, by official data our party gained about 75,000 votes, yet our party is not represented in Milli Medjlis. But there is a party, whose representative gained only 1,500 votes. That is, if we speak of the principle of the parties financing on the basis of the results of elections, naturally, this must imply the really democratic elections", said Calaloghlu.

At the same time, he speaks against taking into consideration the participation in all three elections, including presidential, parliamentary and municipal.

"The presidential elections are rather a political process, while parliamentary elections promote creation of opposition inside powers throughout the world. Municipalities even can not be considered a branch of powers. Therefore, we consider that financing must depend only on parliamentary elections", said Calaloghlu.
