Presidents of Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Turkey Ilham Aliyev, Gurbangulu Berdymukhamedov and Abdullah Gul will hold talks in Ashkhabat in late November, reports Novosti-Azerbaijan with reference to the press service for the Turkmen President.
