"The Moscow declaration has no signatures of the representatives of Nagorno Karabakh and it does not fix that Nagorno Karabakh has no right to take part in" the resolution process", said told reporters Thursday, commenting on the statements of the Armenian side that the resolution of the conflict must involve representatives of the Armenian community of Nagorno Karabakh.

The diplomat noted that there is a need to wait for the further development of events.
