Gulamhuseyn Alibeyli: "The state financing must cover all parties at the initial stage"

He said at the initial stage the state financing must cover all parties, which passed a state registration in the Ministry of Justice.

"The issue is how much will be allocated to each party. Naturally, the parties, represented in Milli Medjlis or taking part in the presidential elections, should be allocated more funds, as compared to the parties, that are not represented in the parliament or did not participate in the presidential elections.

It is necessary to create conditions for all parties to be able to fulfill their activity", said Alibeyli.
