Russian Premier congratulates Artur Rasizade

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Medvedev sent a congratulation telegram to Artur Rasizade on the occasion of his appointment as the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, reports Day.Az with reference to the official website of the Russian government.

In particular, the telegram says:

"I hope for continuation of active contacts with you for the further strengthening of strategic partnership of Russia and Azerbaijan, qualitative expansion of bilateral ties in the commercial and economic, scientific and technical, humanitarian, cultural and other fields.

It all meets the interests of the peoples of both countries and promotes regional and international stability".
