George Bush congratulates President of Azerbaijan

According to AzerTac, the letter reads:

Dear Mr.President,

I congratulate you on the occasion of the start of the second term of your powers as a president of Azerbaijan. In the coming few months we will strive for deepening the bilateral partnership and friendly relations between our countries

In particular, we hope for further advancement towards our goals in the sphere of global energy security and attainment of agreements on basic principles of the resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict. We also support Azerbaijan's efforts, aimed at strengthening of its democratic institutions.

I sincerely wish the continuation of our cooperation and stable peace and success to Azerbaijan.
