Chairman of Russian Central Electoral Commission to arrive in Azerbaijan

Thus, chairman of the Russian Central Electoral Commission Vladimir Churov and member of the Russian Central Electoral Commission Igor Borisov will arrive in Baku by invitation of the Central Electoral Commission of Azerbaijan.

Moreover, members of the Russian Central Electoral Commission Yelena Dubrovina, Siyabshah Shaliyev, chairmen of the electoral commissions of five districts of Russia and officials of the Russian CEC office will take part in the elections within CIS observers mission.

It should be reminded that the elections will be held in Azerbaijan on October 15 of 2008.
