Presidential candidate Qulamhuseyn Alibeyli meets voters in Mingechevir and Yevlakh

He noted that the meetings were held in Mingechevir and Yevlakh.

"During the meeting we told them of the main priority issues, we will focus on, in particular, about the need of reforms in the economic sector, which would allow raising investments into the non-oil sector, thus reducing dependence on oil.

We were created all conditions for communicating with voters. Among negative cases in the agitation campaign there are facts of tearing off agitation placards. Yet, they are not all-embracing", noted he.

As for whom he sees as a rival, Alibeyli said:

"Naturally, Ilham Aliyev is my main rival among all candidates. Among opposition candidates there are also strong candidates and I respect all of them", noted he.
