President of Azerbaijan receives credentials of newly appointed ambassador of Greece to Azerbaijan

During the meeting, the head of the state voiced satisfaction with the development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Greece.

Speaking of importance of mutual visits of different level, the President of Azerbaijan especially stressed the role of these visits in the sense of deepening of cooperation.

I.Aliyev voiced hope that the bilateral relations will further expand during the diplomatic activity of the current ambassador in Azerbaijan.

Ambassador Ionannis Metaksas noted that there are wide opportunities for development of the bilateral ties. The diplomat assured the head of the state that in period of his diplomatic activity he will spare no efforts for deepening of these ties.
