PACE mission on elections arrives in Baku

PACE mission on elections in Azerbaijan is to arrive in Baku on September 15, reports a source from the CE Baku office.
As is reported, the mission is led by PACE co-rapporteur on Azerbaijan Andres Herkel. Moreover, the delegation includes five PACE parliamentarians.

The mission members will hold meetings with MM chairman Oqtay Asadov, Interior Minister Ramil Usubov, Justice Minister Fikret Mamedov, head the Central Election Commission Mazahir Panakhov.

The PACE representatives will also meet with presidential candidates.

The mission members are expected to be received by head of state Ilham Aliyev.
