Uzbek President Islam Karimov pays two-day official visit to Azerbaijan

In the framework of the visit, Karimov held one-on-one and expanded meetings with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

By results of the visit the sides signed seven documents on cooperation in the spheres of environmental protection, ICT, taxes and information exchange, railway transport and combined cargo transportation, protection of confidential information, humanitarian field and a document on additional measures on the development of trade and economic and scientific cooperation.

After signing the agreements the heads of states made a declaration.
