President of Azerbaijan congratulates Vietnam counterpart on Independence Day

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated his Vietnam counterpart Nguen Min Chieta on the national holiday - Day of Independence, reports Day.Az with reference to AzerTac.
In his letter of congratulation, Aliyev voiced confidence that the development of friendly and partner relations between Azerbaijan and Vietnam will serve to the interests of our peoples.

"On this remarkable day I offer you my best wishes and wish peace and progress to the friendly people of Vietnam", says the letter.
