President of Azerbaijan offers condolences to Kyrgyz counterpart

President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolence to Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev over the loss of live in a plane crash near the country`s capital, reports Day.Az with reference to AzerTac.
"The news of the human loss as a result of a passenger plane crash near Bishkek is a source of great sorrow to me. I extend my sincere sympathies and condolences to you, families and relatives of the dead, and wish the speedy recovery of the injured", the Azerbaijani leader said in the message.
