Khazar Ibrahim: "Presently, Azerbaijan has no plans to leave CIS"

Each state has a sovereign right to join or leave any coalition", said spokesman for Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry Khazar Ibrahim, commenting on the actions of Azerbaijan's partners within GUAM-Georgia and Ukraine - on quitting CIS.

"Presently, Azerbaijan has no intention to quit the CIS", said he.
