Mubariz Garayev has been appointed an adviser to the Georgian President.

President Mikhail Saakashvili issued an order for his appointment on June 20, Chairwoman of the Azerbaijan-Georgia Interparliamentary Friendship Group Ganira Pasahyeva told APA.
Garayev is a lawyer and activist of the Georgian NGO sector.
He led the Development Center of Azerbaijani Community in Georgia and actively participated in the education process of land reforms among the population.
