Novruz Mamedov: "Talks between the communities of Nagorno Karabakh can be held only after signing the document between Azerbaijan and Armenia"

We have stated repeatedly that the talks between the communities of Nagorno Karabakh can  be held only after Azerbaijan and Armenia sign an agreement on the conflict resolution, said chief of international department of the Presidential administration Novruz Mamedov.

He said only after that the talks with the leadership of the Armenian community of Nagorno Karabakh, regarding settlement of communities, return of internally displaced persons and restoration works will be possible only after that.
