Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan acknowledges fact of signing illegal agreement between Russian cities and unrecognized Nagorno Karabakh

Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Varili Istratov has acknowledged the fact of signing agreement on cooperation between the cities in Russia Vladimir oblast and Nagorno Karabakh occupied by Armenians.
Istratov stated openly about conclusion of this illegal agreement in his comment:

"The information was spread a month ago and this was not related to Vladimir oblast. This is one of its cities which concluded an agreement with one of the cities of Nagorno Karabakh and nothing more".
