Representatives of the Baku office of the International Committee of the Red Cross held a meeting with Armenian citizens Vanik Zmboyan, Artem Zohrabyan, Karen Torosyan and Agasi Enonyan, who planned to commit diversion in the territory of Azerbaijan, said spokesman for the ICRC Baku office Gulnaz Quliyeva.
She said the monitoring of detainment conditions and physical state of the Armenian citizens was held during the meeting, held on Friday.
Quliyeva noted that they do not have any complaints as to the detainment conditions.
It should be noted that attempt of the special forces of Armenian armed troops to commit diversion in the territory of Azerbaijan was prevented in April of 2008. They were detained in the Nakhchivan direction of the front line.
