Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov met with Indonesian Foreign Minister Hasan Virayuda, currently visiting Baku.

The due announcement was made by the press service for the Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister.
Minister Virayuda on behalf of the Indonesian leadership invited the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov to visit Indonesia.
In turn, Mamedyarov stressed the high influence of Indonesia in the world, in particular, among the Muslim countries. He highly appreciated Indonesia's position on the resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict and its support of the draft resolution "On the situation in the occupied lands of Azerbaijan" in the UN General Assembly.
Moreover, the sides reached an agreement on training 3 Azerbaijani students in Indonesia and proposed to train Indonesian diplomats in the Azerbaijan Academy of Diplomacy.
By results of the meeting, the sides signed contracts between Indonesia and Azerbaijan on economic and technical cooperation and cancellation of visas for people with official, diplomatic and business passports.
