Azerbaijani President congratulates Pope Benedict XVI

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated Pope Benedict XVI on occasion of the coronation day, the President’s Press Service told APA.

Congratulating Pope Benedict XVI on his behalf and on behalf of Azerbaijani People the President expressed confidence that friendship and cooperation relations between Azerbaijan and Vatican will further develop.
