Turkmenistan appoints new Ambassador to Baku

Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov has named Annamammad Mammadov as the country's ambassador plenipotentiary and extraordinary to Azerbaijan. A.Mammadov has previously worked at Turkmenistan's consulate general in Turkey.
