Iraqi ambassador to Azerbaijan to visit Tovuz villages bordering on Armenia

The due announcement was made by MP from Tovuz Ganira Pashayeva.

She said the ambassador will visit the region by her invitation.

"The ambassador with his family will take part in holiday events. Moreover, the ambassador will visit front villages and meet with local residents. The ambassador will be shown the villages, fired by Armenians", she said.

At the same time she noted that the visit coincides with the contest among the region's pupils on history and geography of Azerbaijan.

"The contest winners will take part at the final stage. which will be transmitted on the regional TV channel. The winners will get computers and the ambassador will attend the awarding ceremony", she said.
