Rejection of dynamic development in all spheres of life and policy, aimed at welfare of citizens is an unbiased position.

The due announcement was made by Rabiyat Aslanova, chairman of parliamentary commission on human rights, commenting on the report of the US Department of State on the situation with human rights observance in the world.
She said the report states hindrance of democratic processes in Azerbaijan.
"I think it does not give the correct reflection of processes, legal reforms, success of democratic institutions in our country and aim against them. I can not agree with this position. Currently the leading experts of international organization observe attentively the processes ongoing in Azerbaijan.
I think the Department of State, which undertakes the responsibility to observe the processes, ongoing in 160 countries and assess it should be more serious about this issue and prepare a real document. If the whole document is prepared in this sense, the citizens of Azerbaijan can not agree with the conclusions of the department", Aslanova said.
