We have told repeatedly that conflicts in Kosovo and Karabakh are quite different and stated our position on the issue in all international organizations.

The due announcement was made by Samed Seidov, chairman of the Parliamentary Commission on international relations and inter-parliamentary ties, commenting on the announcement of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"Armenians tried to find any common features of the conflicts. However, the history, analytics, basis for creation of conflicts, have nothing in common.
It is incorrect to apply Kosovo precedent to Karabakh, which is done by the people, who are not aware of the history of Karabakh and Kosovo.
Serious people are well aware that there is nothing in common between Karabakh and Kosovo and therefore Vladimir Putin's response at the press conference was nonrandom", he said.
