Several Azerbaijani women file claim against Vusal Gasanov abusing them during Ganimat Zahid's trial

The due information has been provided by the Institute for Reporters' Freedom and Safety.

According to Solmaz Guseynova, chairman of the Women's Council of the Popular Front party of Azerbaijan, the complaint was connected with insults addressed to the women by Vusal Guseynov during the court hearing on the case of the editor-in-chief of the Azadlyg newspaper Ganimat Zahid.

Thus, the women filed a claim against Vusal Guseynov to the Yasamal district prosecution, Yasamal district court and Yasamal district police station.
