Bernard Fassier: "The conflict will not be settled no matter who wins the new war"

A war is not an optimal version of the conflict settlement.

The due statement was made by French co-chairman Bernard Fassier at a press conference held in Baku by results of the visit of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmen to the region.

He considers that the new war will create new problems, including casualties, refugees and others.

"The conflict will not be settled no matter who wins the new war", B.Fassier said.
