World Health Organization website misrepresents Azerbaijan’s Nagorno Garabagh

Azerbaijani territory was shown without Nagorno Garabagh on the map posted in the Azerbaijani section.

See it at http://www.int/countries/aze/en/.

The map posted in “Armenia” part showed Nagorno Garabagh as Armenian territory.

You can see it in http://www.int/countries/arm/en/index.html. Official of the press service of the WHO European regional office  Lyuba Negro said they take all the maps posted on the website from the UN website.

She noted that they will investigate the case.

WHO director general Margaret Chan plans to visit Azerbaijan on January 30.

The visit will last till February 2.
