Tenure mandate of Andrzey Kaspszyk, personal representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office, has been prolonged.

He was appointed to this post, established in 1995, in 1997.

By the mandate, he shall represent the OSCE chairman in the negotiations on Nagorno Karabakh conflict, preparation of report for chairman on the activity of the Minsk Group, studying his recommendation, assisting co-chairs and other issues include into his mandate.
