Another claim filed against Yeni Musavat newspaper

The chairman of the Muasir Musavat party Khafiz Gadjiyev filed a claim to the said court regarding articles "Khafiz's son-in-law arrested" and "Sashko Tadorovski accused of bribery", published in the Yeni Musavat newspaper.

By this claim, Gadjiyev opposes the article, demanding to present apologizes, pay compensation of 20,000 AZN and bring an action against the officials of the newspaper.

According to the plaintiff, the newspaper is full of libel and articles it publishes are far from the truth.
