Azerbaijani human rights activist: "Decree of pardon will be signed in the last decade of December"

According to him the representatives of the government noted that the decree will be signed no later than December 31-the Solidary Day of World Azerbaijanis.

In turn, Azay Guliyev, member of the Pardoning Commission under the President of Azerbaijan, noted that the issuance of the pardon decree is an exclusive power of the President.

"The President will undertake this step when he considers it necessary", he said.
