Lawyer meets with Eynulla Fatullayev

Isakhan Ashurov, lawyer for founder and editor-in-chief of Gundalik Azerbaijan and Realny Azerbaijan newspapers Eynulla Fatullayev met with his defendant.

Fatullayev was transferred to the detention place of National Security Ministry on May 29 and is kept there.

The lawyer told the APA that the editor-in-chief was not interrogated by inspector and was not informed what he is accused of. "I was not given any official document either," he said.

Ashurov said that legal measures will be taken regarding the editor-in-chief's defense depending on the process. APA
