Council of Europe building to be modernized

Council of Europe building in Strasburg, France will be modernized next year, Council of Europe Secretary General Terry Davis addressed the plenary session of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities.

Secretary General explained it with non-protection of the building from fire. The mentioned building was constructed in 1977, APA reports.
