Prosecutor General comments Eynulla Fatullayev's case

Concrete addresses of state establishments are shown on the website and it is reported that these establishments will be exploded by Islamic Republic of Iran.

"These reports are really facts on threatening with terrorism. That's why, National Security Ministry launched criminal case on article 214 (threatening with terrorism) of the Criminal Code, and investigation is being carried out," he said.

Zakir Garalov noted that National Security Ministry will comment on the investigation.

Prosecutor General also took a stance on journalists' seeking asylum abroad. He underlined that there is freedom of expression and media in Azerbaijan.

"The rights of all journalists are protected by law. They have the right to appeal wherever they want," he said. APA
