Amendments to Azerbaijan's Electoral Code are debated in the Council of Europe Venice Commission.

Chief of Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov, head of Milli Majlis office Sefa Mirzayev and President's Office department chief Shahin Aliyev represent Azerbaijan.

Secretary of the Venice Commission Giovanni Buquicchio being on leave does not attend the debates, APA reports.
