Appeal of defense lawyers for Farhad Aliyev to be considered

Judge Famil Nasibov will consider the appeal filed by defense lawyers for former Economic Development Minister Farhad Aliyev to Nasimi district court.

The lawyers demand clarification of the illegal arrest of Farhad Aliyev. Preliminary court proceeding on the criminal case will be held at the court of grave crimes.

Farhad Aliyev faces charges under articles 179.3.2 (embezzlement), 313 (abuse of power) and 311 (bribery).
Investigation period of the criminal case against Ferhad Aliyev was over on April 28. APA
